The Catering Crew is a full-serve catering business that hires professionally trained graduates of the Carolyn’s House culinary arts vocational program. Chef Sean Male has more than 20 years of experience and specializing in making each event unique and memorable. Catering Manager Danielle Winiarski is a graduate of the Niagara University Hospitality and Tourism program.

The culinary staff of The Catering Crew is committed to bringing each customer excellent cuisine and service. We offer a variety of menus appropriate for any event including buffets, hors d’oeuvres, food stations, sit-down and family-style dinners, dessert receptions, drop off service and business breakfasts and lunches.

The Catering Crew has served events throughout the Western New York region ranging in size from 10 to 300. In addition, The Catering Crew provides food service at the new Niagara Falls International Airport.
